About Us
Re-established in 2012, the Citizens Volunteer Council exists solely to improve the quality of life of patients receiving services at the facility through fundraising efforts.
Enhancing their quality of life through funds resources, public education and volunteerism, the Council has successful history of providing much needed items that the State of Texas is not able to provide due to limited funding or restrictions set forth by legislation.
We strive to enhance the quality of life for the individuals served.
