Founded in 2012, the Citizens Volunteer Council is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients receiving services at the facility through various fundraising initiatives.

By improving their quality of life through funding, resources, public education, and volunteer efforts, the Council has a proven track record of supplying essential items that the State of Texas is unable to provide due to budget constraints or legislative restrictions.
