Community Events

The Citizens Volunteer Council (CVC) spearheads year-round events, including annual fundraisers and Christmas gift drives, to benefit the individuals we serve. We welcome support from the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. Our individuals are from all over Cameron, Willacy, and Hidalgo counties but also throughout Texas. All proceeds from these initiatives directly support our mission.

Christmas Wish Lists

Annually, the CVC and the RGSC Community Relations department coordinate the collection and distribution of Christmas gifts, which are requested directly by RGSC clients.

Chalupathon Fundraiser
